Justus Company employees scheduled to work 30 hours or more each week are eligible to participate in group health insurance plans. With three plans to choose from, employees can select a plan that best suits their needs.
Our dental plan provides for preventative, basic, major and orthodontia services.
Our vision coverage provides for routine eye exams, glasses, contact lenses and even laser vision correction.
Full time employees receive company paid life insurance. Employees may also purchase additional supplemental coverage.
401(k) contributions offer pre-tax benefits and help employees save for retirement. Employees are encouraged to invest in their future. Justus Companies will match 10% of employee contributions.
A Health Savings Account allows qualifying employees, those enrolled in a HDHP medical plan, a way to set aside pre-tax dollars for current or future eligible medical expenses.
Justus Company employees, who work at least 20 hours per week, begin to accrue PTO from their first day of employment and the accrual amount is based on length of service with the company.
In addition to PTO, Justus Companies observes eight holidays.
Justus Companies offers assistance to associates who meet a minimum time of service and who wish to further their education to achieve personal and professional goals through an Education Reimbursement Policy.
Because at one time or another we all face difficult or challenging issues in our lives. To help our associates through difficult times we offer a program which provides Support, Resources & Information available 24/7. This service provides access to a consultant who will answer questions on a wide variety of life’s challenges.
Our employees know what it takes to be a successful Justus employee. When they refer someone who meets the qualifications for an existing open position and we hire their referral, the employee can earn a referral bonus.
Justus offers other voluntary insurance plans for employees to choose from. Short-Term Disability insurance pays a portion of income when an employee is unable to work because of a covered disability. Accident insurance provides a range of benefits for covered accidental injuries and Critical Illness insurance is offered for help if an employee is diagnosed with a covered illness.
