Our maintenance technicians, under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, are responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations and the physical assets of Crestwood Village South. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical and all related systems including security and safety systems as well as assisting with the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment
This position is a full time position. Our technicians work 40 hours per week with rotating on-call responsibilities. Maintenance Technicians are required to work overtime evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Requirements and Experience qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- A minimum of 1 year experience in general maintenance or other maintenance responsibilities that would include the ability to recognize electrical, plumbing, and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures is required
- Or an comparable combination of education and experience is required
- A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance that is in compliance with Indiana State law requiring automobile insurance is required
The Maintenance Technician is required to provide basic hand tools.
