We are in search of a compassionate, creative and enthusiastic individual to lead the sales and leasing department at Crestwood Village South, a part of The Justus Family of Companies!

The successful Marketing Director will combine their superb interpersonal skills, proven sales techniques, outreach marketing experience and commitment to customer service to build relationships with local businesses, professional partners, discharge planners, and prospective residents. The Marketing Director is responsible for managing the sales/leasing department, developing and implementing successful marketing plans as well as showing and leasing apartments to seniors 55 and older. In addition, Crestwood Marketing Directors collaborate with colleagues in all departments and divisions of the company to promote and ensure exceptional customer service. Marketing Directors conduct marketing outreach activities in coordination with the Executive Director and the Leasing Counselors to initiate and maintain relationships and generate qualified traffic. Maintaining accurate records of all sales and marketing activities including entering prospect information into the Crestwood database, occupancy report management, maintaining marketing contacts, calendaring events and activities, and marketing and sales follow-up is required.

Qualified applicants

  • Three to five years experience in sales, preferably in senior living or apartment leasing.
  • Education or training in organization and administrative skills.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Any similar combination of education and experience.
